We’re seeking a 3D Render Specialist to join our team and work hand-in-hand with colleagues across disciplines on a variety of luxury residential interior design projects. We’d encourage you to apply if:

• You have a keen eye for detail, particularly when reviewing interior design documents

Responsibilities

You will be collaborating remotely with interior designers to bring designs to life for our residential construction projects through realistic 3D renders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with our interior design team in Miami (FL) on early-stage interior design projects to develop stunning visualizations
• Using V-Ray, Sketchup, and Photoshop to create renders, Revit skills would be a bonus
• Updating designs per interior designers’ instructions as projects progress.
• Creating renderings including composition, lighting, material creation

Key Skills

• Experience with V-Ray, Sketchup and Photoshop is essential
• You must be attentive to details and highly organized
• You must be able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• You must be able to take direction, feedback, and observations with a positive attitude
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You must be fluent in English and Spanish

Required Qualifications

• You must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ professional experience
