CUSTOM LUXURY RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE
We design new custom homes from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. Our process moves through five distinct phases — programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration — with Stephanie personally involved at every milestone.
Every project begins with the site. South Florida’s climate, light, and water conditions shape what each home wants to be. From there, we work closely with you to translate the way you live into spatial decisions: how light moves through the day, how the kitchen connects to the pool deck, where the family gathers, where you go to be alone.
Our deliverables include detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, photorealistic 3D renderings, full construction documents, contractor evaluation and bidding support, and rigorous oversight during construction. We coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and pool consultants, and manage the permitting process across all South Florida jurisdictions including Miami-Dade, Bal Harbour, Golden Beach, Bay Harbor Islands, and Coral Gables.
Luxury Residential Interior Design
Our interior design work picks up where the architecture leaves off — and often runs in parallel from day one. Because we are an integrated architecture and interior design practice, the rooms we shape with walls and the rooms we shape with furniture, lighting, and material are designed in conversation with each other.
Our interior design services cover the full scope: space planning, custom millwork and cabinetry, material and finish selection, lighting design, furniture procurement, art curation, and styling. We design interiors that are warm, livable, and timeless — never over-decorated, never of-the-moment in a way that ages quickly.
Architectural Consultancy
For private clients and developers, we offer focused advisory engagements that bring our process expertise to specific design challenges. Engagements may include: feasibility studies for prospective sites, design strategy reviews, project management oversight on third-party teams, value engineering for budget-sensitive decisions, or expert input on a particular phase of an in-flight project.
Consultancy engagements are scoped to the question at hand — short, focused, and built around a defined deliverable.
