Cristina’s rise through the ranks has been nothing short of phenomenal and is a testament to the depth and range of her management skills. She is now one of a small number of female architects in Florida who are a Partner of their firm.

Windmill Residence

Our Windmill Ranches residence was designed for an amazing family with a true passion for art and design. Its delicate sloped roof volumes float above the site capturing the stunning views of the lake, while dramatic double height living areas maximize the relationship between the interiors and the exteriors.

422 Residence

Conceptualized as a minimalist assembly of structures on the edge of the canal in Golden Beach, the design emphasizes the views of the water while creating a strong connection between the interior and the exterior of the home.

So… Where do we begin?

This is the question that everybody asks and it's definitely the right one. So, we decided to write this short blog to help illustrate the process 🙂 The idea is that once you finish reading you have a much better understanding of what it entails to design and build a new home.

Recently Completed: 99 Bay Harbor Island Residence

Overlooking the water in Bay Harbor Islands this home was designed to celebrate indoor-outdoor living in a contemporary style. Taking advantage of the beautiful tropical foliage a variety of visual layers were incorporated into the floor plan to enhance the feeling of depth throughout the different spaces of the home.

How it all began!

I guess I should start by saying that ignorance is bliss... Halfway through my last year of college, two close friends asked me if I was interested in designing and building their new home which was to be located in El Avila National Park. As you can imagine my immediate answer was ABSOLUTELY!
