REQUIREMENTS

Who we’re looking for?

We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for supporting the work of all project managers and coordinating all project efforts to ensure effective execution. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural planning and coordination at a technical level. The Senior Project Manager will ensure that all projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

 

Responsibilities

Plan Coordination:

  • Leading and/or overseeing the technical coordination of architectural plans across multiple projects.
  • Ensuring alignment and integration of plans with engineering and construction teams.
  • Overseeing the development of project schedules and deliverables.
  • Developing construction documents and construction details

 

Project Oversight:

  • Supervising and mentoring project managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions.
  • Conducting regular project reviews to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards.

 

Quality Assurance:

  • Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Conducting regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensuring compliance with design specifications.

 

Key Skills

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural planning and coordination
  • Highly proficient in Revit, Autocad, and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes
  • Capable problem-solver who is highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, licensure is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry, high-end single-family residential market experience preferred
  • You must currently reside in the Miami area or be willing to relocate
  • If you are relocating from outside the United States, you must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States – we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
