101 Ocean

This three-story private residence is nestled on the exclusive Golden Beach Oceanfront. The design challenge for the project was to create a home that maximized the panoramic views of the ocean, while establishing a striking contrast with the sinuous curves of the neighboring high rise building. The result is a home that is both visually striking and respectful of the surrounding landscape.
