Overlooking the water in Bay Harbor Islands this home was designed to celebrate indoor-outdoor living in a contemporary style. Taking advantage of the beautiful tropical foliage a variety of visual layers were incorporated into the floor plan to enhance the feeling of depth throughout the different spaces of the home.
Even though it was conceived as a development project the house was designed for a family that truly enjoys the intimacy of family life, but at the same time loves to entertain.

The entry becomes alive by a mix of textured natural stones, a play of vertical and horizontal louvers, and a bed of beautiful greenery.
The backyard becomes the heart of outdoor living with an oversized covered terrace, a gazebo with a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, and a breathtaking pool.
Natural materials were used on the entire home. An earth-tone palette was key to making every space fill warm and inviting.
