Located on the banks of Sky Lake in North Miami Beach, the Bir Residence commands breathtaking views of a rare freshwater lake, and represents the epitome of style and serenity.
From concept to completion, every aspect of this residence has been meticulously crafted to harmonize with its beautiful surroundings. The design is a modern take on the midcentury modern style, featuring double-height rooflines gently sloped for added elegance. Seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces, it offers panoramic views of the lake and bespoke design elements that enhance the home’s cozy charm and seamless connection to the exterior.
